Meet PowerReviews at the Shop.org Digital Summit

The Shop.org Digital Summit is one of the biggest events of the year for digital and multi-channel retailers. Each year, this three-day event provides an opportunity to network with industry professionals, hear from experts on a wide range of topics, and leave with actionable insights that can be applied to your business immediately. This year’s agenda is impressive, with speakers from high profile organizations including Forrester, Fanatics, QVC, Deloitte and more.

If you’re attending this year’s Shop.org Digital Summit from October 5-7 in Philadelphia, I hope you’ll take advantage of one (or both) of these opportunities to connect with PowerReviews and get a first look at some exciting new product updates.

Customer reviews are a valuable source of information about how to improve a site or merchandise. However, retailers and brands haven’t always acted on that information, partly because they don’t know how to gather the data and partly because they don’t know what to do with it once they have it.

On Wednesday from 12:15-1:15pm, I’ll be joined by Jasmin Walters, eCommerce Operations Manager at Aeropostale, Inc., to discuss real-life examples of how ratings and reviews can help improve the overall customer experience. We’ll be at table #7 in the Roundtable area of the EXPO hall.
