PowerReviews is the industry leader in enabling retailers to harness the power of social media on retail websites with enterprise clients such as Staples, Toys R Us, Brookstone, REI, and hundreds of others. With our newly launched solution PowerReviews Express, over 200,000 small and medium-sized retailers can now take advantage of our services to drive sales (even in a down economy!).
PowerReviews is looking for an exceptionally self motivated and talented individual to join our sales team fulfilling a key role in our Sales Organization. You have to be the type of person that craves a challenge and enjoys working in a fast paced environment where meeting and exceeding high expectations are a part of the job. This is an inside sales role reporting to the Senior Director of Sales, is based in San Francisco and carries an ambitious quota.
We are looking for a self starter who can look challenge in the eye and do what’s necessary to get things done. You’ll be fed hundreds of opportunities, the tools to get the job done, and the resources required to help at your fingertips. You are in control of your own destiny in terms of your success and your paycheck.
Your role will require a strong sales intuition and the following skill set:
- Understanding the ROI of the solutions we provide and ability to effectively communicate it
- Ability to demonstrate the value propositions of our services to a Mid-Market retailer
- Converting a steady flow of qualified leads into orders and organizing your day around managing the pipeline of business
- Being a thorough qualifier and quickly realizing how to prioritize each opportunity
- The ability to close business over the phone
- The desire to be an overachiever because 100% of target doesn’t satisfy you
The perfect candidate is an eager sales professional early in their sales career looking for their jump-off point into complex enterprise selling. You should know your way around the ecommerce landscape (non-internet sales professionals need not apply) and have at least two years of direct selling experience. You should know how to use, and be committed to using, Salesforce.com to map out your day and report your activities. You should also know how to cultivate a sales funnel and be able to successfully manage your busy day against your high output quota. Lastly, you MUST be comfortable on the phone and making 50+ calls a day in order to achieve target.
Finally, we are looking for a candidate that is adaptable, smart, a fast learner and some who knows how to work with a team. Our goal is to grow this candidate into an Enterprise Sales Professional while in their tenure at PowerReviews – your best hires are from within.
Earnings commensurate with experience.
