As an Account Manager, you will work with our most strategic clients and be responsible for project managing our application integration and managing the overall client relationship. We are looking for a motivated individual who is a proven leader, adept at developing strong relationships with clients at both the strategic and tactical level, while having the technical prowess for understanding all aspects of the product review solution and integration.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Maintain and develop existing client relationships at both the executive and business sponsor levels.
  • Project manage our reviews and ratings integration on the client's web site, including documenting and communicating regular status updates
  • Meet with client executive and business sponsors regularly and establish quarterly account review meetings. Some travel is required.
  • Be the client's advocate to ensure that all integration and post-launch requests are addressed and completed on time
  • Understand and follow the established integration and change management process
  • Track and escalate client issues
  • Inform clients of new features and partnerships as they are announced or released
  • Work with clients at the business and executive levels to strategize and drive multi-channel applications of product reviews

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business and/or information technology
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in Account Management
  • Minimum of 4 year experience in the Internet industry and/or software integration project management
  • Outstanding organization and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and clients at one time
  • Project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • An effective leader and team player
  • Handle stressful situations and deadline pressures
  • Proven experience consulting with senior managers and executives
  • Some travel is expected. Amount depends on the client
  • Technical competence (understand software, hardware, networks, etc)
