Jobs : Support Engineer

As our Support Engineer, you will provide first-level technical support to our clients and partners. In this role, you will be responsible for assuring the highest quality support through either direct problem-solving efforts or problem triage with account management, integration engineering and core engineering.

We are looking for a motivated individual who is great at conveying technical ideas in simple terms, and who is interested in delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key areas of responsibility include:
  • Provide first-level client and partner support via phone, email and ticket system
  • Resolve questions and problems directly through individual efforts or by triaging problems with account management, integration engineering, and core engineering
  • Set up and configure client accounts
  • Maintain and update internal tools and integration process documentation
  • Support quality assurance management and testing for clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Web-related experience, including HTML, XML, Javascript, and CSS knowledge
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to be self motivated and deliver projects on time with minimal supervision
  • Oustanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
