In celebration of our expert moderators, we here at PowerReviews declare August 27 to be Moderator’s Day. And in doing so, recognize the important role these savvy content analysts play in on our online customer reviews solution with their achievement of more than 10,000 reviews moderated in a single day. Our expert moderators play a crucial role reviewing and analyzing every single review written
and submitted within our company’s network of clients before they are ever added to the thousands of customer reviews in the PowerReviews system.
In addition to achieving this historic milestone in the company’s history, our moderators’ contribution extends beyond just moderating reviews. They continually master the individual consumer’s "voice” that can be both client and or category specific, such as half-pipe for snowboarding and HAD for cameras, in order to bring additional value to the moderation process.
