PowerReviews Launches New Merchandising Function for Online Reviews

Consumers Can Add Photos Showing How They Use Products

Millbrae, Calif. October 30, 2006 - PowerReviews, (www.powerreviews.com), a leading provider of customer review services for online retailers, today launched a new merchandising feature that lets customers include photos with their reviews showing how they use items they've purchased, giving other shoppers rich, real-world feedback that makes buying decisions faster and easier.

Customers submitting a review on participating sites are invited to "spice up your product review by sharing any images you have of the product of the product in use." They are asked to indicate what the uploaded shot depicts about use of the item, and they may add an optional caption.

One Evogear customer, Sarah Thieke, from Lebanon, Indiana, recently posted a photo of herself and her infant daughter, Ava, showing off Sarah's new Liquid Force Minx wakeboard boots.

"I had just taken some pictures of Ava and I thought it would be cute to post one with my review," Sarah said. "I shop online a lot and I always read reviews. Reviews definitely influence my buying decisions, and I thought I might help other people by showing how the boots look with my board."

In her review, Sarah said her boots "are so stylish and comfortable!" and gave them a five-star rating. "I love the white and light blue colors on the boot and I really like how they feel when I am out on the water ... They really feel like pillows on your feet!"
