What’s different about us?
First of all, you won’t ever hear us talk about Word Count Penalties, New Feature Charges, or other arbitrary consulting and usage costs. Our primary objective is simple. Collect as many high-quality reviews for you as possible. Period. That’s why we sponsor promotions on your behalf, and why we build cool features like attach images to reviews, upload videos with reviews, and post reviews to blogs.
Secondly, our philosophy is simple: we earn your business every month. We are in the business of keeping our clients (that’s you) happy, because we know that the day we stop delivering value is probably the same day that we stop working together.
Sound simple? It is. Sound too good to be true? No, but admittedly, we do get that reaction a lot.

Understanding your business needs.
Our Solutions team works with you to fully understand your business requirements and goals for both the short and the long term. This could include anything from feature deployment, design customization, identifying key performance indicators, best practices, content analysis, and internationalization requirements. Together, we create a roadmap to success, with milestones and goals that have a measurable impact on your business.
Making it happen.
We treat each implementation as a formal project, with key milestones and deliverables, so that we both know what's expected of us. As part of this process, you get access to specialized resources from our Design, Content, and Integration teams.
Our goal is to work with you to implement our technology with minimal effort and intrusion into your infrastructure. At a high-level, our implementation process only requires lightweight Javascript integration into your product pages, a product data lookup script, and an FTP channel between our respective infrastructures. After that, it’s mostly a matter of design customization so that things look the way you want them to.
Once key integration milestones are achieved, our Content and Quality teams take care of final details around training, full lifecycle testing, and moderation policies.
Handling on-going operations.
You can think of product reviews as a continuous series of interactions with your customers that require regular attention and management. We actually do much of the heavy-lifting for you, by reading every review first to gauge its constructiveness and usefulness to your customer community. Then we pass those approved reviews on to your team because you have the final say about what shows up on your site. And of course, we provide regular activity reports, as well as detailed product reports for your merchandise planners, product development teams, and business operations teams.
Leveraging reviews across all of your channels.
Getting reviews onto your site is only the beginning. We’ll work with you to help integrate product reviews and ratings into your site search, apply them to your faceted navigation engine, and leverage them throughout your in-store presence, customer campaigns, and catalogs.
