Today, consumers of all ages turn to Q&A to make more informed purchase decisions. Gen Z shoppers are no exception. Here, we explore how often Gen Z’ers interact with Q&A, why they choose to do so, and how the presence (or absence) of this content impacts their purchase behavior, based on survey responses from 1,436 Gen Z shoppers in the United States.
