We are now a permanently remote-friendly company. What does this mean? We have people located across the US, in the UK, and an office in downtown Chicago, which our staff are welcome (but not obliged) to use.

They can instead choose to work remotely from a location pre-approved by the company (we are not currently tax-compliant in every country or US state).
