Arend Henderson | Senior Vice President, Analytics
Arend is the SVP, Analytics for PowerReviews. He is responsible for leading the analytics team, which develops behavioral insights and other optimization and measurement solutions for our clients.
The insights gathered from his team include powerful reporting capabilities to provide metrics that support our clients’ increase in conversion rates, as well as guide them in developing future strategies.
Prior to coming to PowerReviews, Arend has held a series of leadership roles in analytics and other strategic marketing for about 20 years. In Arend’s most recent role with Conversant Media he developed an automated analytics and reporting platform that provided deep, actionable consumer insights and advertising effectiveness measurement.

Lesli C. Esposito focuses on complex commercial litigation and government investigations, concentrating in the fields of antitrust and consumer protection. She represents a wide range of corporations, as well as individuals, as both plaintiffs and defendants.
Lesli has extensive experience litigating antitrust and consumer protection matters in both federal and state courts, as well as representing parties in class actions. Cheryl Amaya | Workarea | Director of Customer Success
Cheryl Amaya is the quintessential customer advocate and has been with WebLinc for over five years. At the top of her priorities is identifying merchants’ needs and guiding them to find the best solutions for their online business.
She maintains a relationship with every retailer using the Workarea platform, including Sanrio/Hello Kitty, U.S. Polo Assn., and Woodcraft, wherein she evaluates their ecommerce solutions to help them maximize revenue. Cheryl employs a holistic approach by benchmarking the digital commerce industry, researching the competitive landscape, analyzing user data and traffic flow, auditing SEO efforts, and evaluating how each customer is differentiating their brand in the bigger ecommerce picture.
Entrepreneurship runs in Cheryl’s blood as she co-founded an online marketing and business resource firm, helping entrepreneurs to develop their unique business models and online presence. She also published an international sports magazine and has taught junior high students.

Prior to PowerReviews, Erik was part of multiple product teams building, iterating, and innovating the online and mobile experiences for Cars.com, a leading automotive research website that was sold to Gannett Media in 2014 for $2.4B.
He started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, helping private companies navigate complicated regulatory and capital markets environments after the 2008 recession. Erik is a graduate of the University of Colorado, holding a B.S. in Business and an M.S. in Taxation.
